About New Brighton

Harcourts New Brighton, affectionately known as the ‘best little office at the beach’, is situated in the heart of the local commercial district at 133 Brighton Mall. Having recently refurbished our prime corner site, and with full perimeter window displays to attract potential customers, we are one of many businesses making a return to the New Brighton Mall with a renewed confidence in the future of this area.

We currently operate with a small team of highly dedicated, very experienced sales consultants who have all lived and worked in the local community for a number of years. Our consultants are available and committed to assisting not only their immediate neighbourhood and the surrounding suburbs, but the wider area of Christchurch also.

Our Eastside Team has developed an extraordinary track record of dealing with every scenario possible when it comes to selling property post the Christchurch quakes. We have the knowledge, expertise, and the energy to achieve top results and to assist our clients in moving forward with any real estate matters.

We are passionate about helping and being part of the local community and already support numerous organisations locally – some through volunteering, newsletters, printing – and through our Harcourts Foundation Grants which we are able to apply for funding to assist clubs or community groups.
