That’s the opinion of Colin Hair, and he should know, both personally, as an agent with 21 years experience, and as a long-time franchisee of two Harcourts offices at Orewa & Whangaparaoa. Both offices are highly successful, a happy situation Colin says is due in large part to his diligent and mainly long-serving teams of salespeople. Before real estate sales and management, Colin had a 19 year background in banking, a background which even today stands him and his many clients in good stead.     Nick emigrated from the UK with his family in 2000 and even then, at the beginning of his property career Nick knew that management was in his blood. His apprenticeship began as an agent, before a promotion to Sales Manager, gaining his REINZ qualification and rising to Branch Manager. Finally Nick honed his business acumen as Business Development Manager for Harcourts Development Group, allowing him to experience real estate from a franchise perspective.
