    Debra and Graham Viall become franchisees of the Harcourts brand in 1989. Being new parents to identical twin girls at the same time brought other challenges. Starting out with Residential and Lifestyle Sales Teams in Harcourts Papakura, they expanded to include a Property Management division. Debra, as well as being a working mother, set up the office systems whilst overseeing office administration. including the reconciliation of the bank accounts, accounts payable and receivable, contract disbursements and payroll. Rapid expansion with offices in Conifer Grove, Pukekohe, Hillpark, Clendon, Manurewa, and more recently an East Auckland arm with offices in Pakuranga and Howick, has ensured Debra’s centralised Administration Office is kept very busy.

    Commencing Real Estate in 1987, Graham cut his teeth selling residential Real Estate in Mangere, Papatoetoe and Manurewa. A little under three years later Graham assumed the Manager's position at Harcourts Papakura before buying the Franchise with his wife Debra in 1989. This opened the door to ownership of several offices in South Auckland that today also includes Pukekohe and Manurewa where Graham and Debra enjoy the benefits of joint venture partnerships. Graham and Debra, alongside David Clifton, own Eastzone Realty Ltd, with offices in Howick and Pakuranga. Graham's contribution to Harcourts was recognised in 2007 when he was awarded Harcourts Hall of Fame status. Graham also has strong involvement in Rotary. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Papakura since 1991, was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship in 2006 and was President for the 2012-2013 year. Graham’s hobbies include classic motorcycles; he collects and restores mostly 1960’s and 1970’s British motorcycles.
