    Having worked for over 15 years in the Real Estate Industry, Debbie has experience in most facets of the business of real estate. As General Manager, Debbie will assist the company to maintain it's growth and development in the market place by promoting the names and services of the company and the Harcourts Group. Tasked with the role at Advantage Realty to resource the company with a stable of well trained and competent staff, also to ensure good working relationships are maintained within the company and between other parts of the Harcourts Group.
