After more than thirty years in the building and real estate industry I have had the opportunity to meet with all facets of day to day requirements. I thrive on the negotiating part of real estate, and do my utmost to provide that ongoing customer service, even after the contract is in place. I know I am customer focused and that my communication has been the key to a successful result for both buyers and sellers. With my wife, Shona Timmins, also in the industry, Real Estate is part of our lives at work and home. We enjoy the constant changing faces of our jobs, and my other passion, travelling, which becomes the option for time out.
