    I was born and raised in Marlborough with a very much hands rural background on a stud sheep and beef farm. I left Blenheim to obtain a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Valuation and Property Management and then to commence a valuation career here in New Zealand and in Australia. I returned to New Zealand with an Australian husband and two boys in 2001. I commenced work as a rural lending manager with the National Bank for three years and then worked for Ford Baker Valuation and LINZ prior to shifting back to Blenheim in 2008.
