    Over the last 30 years Graeme has been involved in the management and marketing of various businesses in New Zealand. Graeme started as an Account Manager in 1975 for Arthur Ellis & Co. before being appointed to the position of Sales & Marketing Manager for an upholstery manufacturer. Here, amongst other successful marketing activities, he was part of the team that produced and planned a television advertising campaign, with stunning results, boosting unit sales by almost 600 units. After some 4 years Graeme decided to set up a successful company in the manufacture of lounge suites, which entailed design, planning and manufacturing. In 1986 he joined the AMP Society as an advisor on investment, insurance and superannuation. After the experience in the insurance and finance market, Graeme saw an opportunity to start one of the early mortgage brokerages dealing with most of the lending institutions.
