At this point a purchase price was already set and I agreed with this price. From here Kelly had to go and get a signage from the Vendor to confirm the offer has been accepted. As I understand this process can sometimes take a long time but 20 minutes after leaving the property I get a call from Kelly saying the offer has been accepted! So to end this I would highly recommended Kelly to deal with when looking for your perfect house. The honest, loyalty, friendliness and great attention really goes a long way.
