    Ailsa started her career in Real Estate in 2001 by selling out of the Khandallah office in Wellington, quickly gaining Rookie and Top Sales awards. After four years selling Ailsa was recruited by Harcourts Corporate to be the Harcourts Wellington Region and Fiji Trainer. During her 8 years in the role Ailsa delivered training to both new and experienced agents in sales technique, technology plus REAA compliance, as well as management training modules. After a return to sales Ailsa joined Harcourts Regent Reality as the Havelock North Sales Manager along with a key responsibility to deliver training across the franchise. A return to Wellington was required so Ailsa could be caregiver to her elderly mother balancing that role along with a community role as a Victim Support worker and later in a sales role at the local retirement village. Ailsa then made the decision to move north and with her past and recent in field sales experience along with her passion for training, coaching and managing, Ailsa is now delighted to be part of the Harcourts Blue Fern team in Glen Eden, West Auckland as Sales Manager. Ailsa says she is excited to be part of an award winning franchise that prides itself on best practice and its Auction focussed and friendly culture.
