    Very much happier behind the scenes, Vicki has worked with Rhonda Stewart since 2012 and Trina Nichols after she joined the Harcourts team in 2017. Vicki’s background in teaching and operations management has ably supported her in the varied role of personal assistant and she cracks the whip to keep the girls on top of their real estate game. A firm believer in glide-time hours (and being Rhonda’s sister-in-law) she’s able to sneak away from work to support her family in their endeavours, the boys being competitive rugby players, her daughter a bemused recent school leaver and her husband an agricultural business owner. Ideally Vicki would like to be kept in a manner that she could grow accustomed to, failing that, she relies on her hobbies, friends and rugby club involvement to fill all of her spare time. Vicki’s motto is … ‘Is there any good reason why I can’t do that …?’
