I worked with Nissan as a Sales Agent and then became Sales and Marketing Manager handling 2 Nissan Dealerships. After that I worked with Megaworld Corporation which is the biggest property developer in the Philippines as a Property Consultant which I found more fulfilling. I moved to New Zealand in 2007, and as a new immigrant it was hard for me to find a job, not having experience locally. Desperate, I applied for everything and ended up in a café as a barista and soon I was managing cafes. Not knowing anything about coffee I learned to love what I did and be passionate about it.
