    Steve graduated with an Agricultural Science degree majoring in Valuation, Farm Management and Soil Science from Massey University. After graduating, he worked as a Registered Valuer for almost 30 years, then managed large sheep, beef and dairy units before embarking on a career in real estate. Steve has a strong property development background included subdivision development in residential and lifestyle sections together with house building projects. He has a strong understanding of FNDC zoning and planning regulations, project management of surveyors, lawyers, and contractors to provide the finished product available for sale. This included a 27-lot subdivision personally purchased, developed, and sold by Steve. As a Valuer, multiple developers utilised Steve’s skills to undertake feasibility analysis of many projects to establish highest and best use of property and ensure development projects were financially viable. These included Oakridge retirement village feasibility analysis prior to removing the kiwifruit and citrus orchards. After selling his own developments, Steve has now been successfully selling real estate for over four years throughout Northland. A significant part of Steve’s success is his large buyer database which he has compiled over 35 years in the Kerikeri property market – valuing, developing and selling.
