If you are looking for someone to become YOUR ‘Real Estate Salesperson’ then I would love to talk to you. When undertaking one of the biggest and most important events in your life, you need someone that is empathetic & passionate about people & property and has the sales & negotiation skills to get results. Working with you, to make the process of selling or buying real estate as smooth and satisfying as possible from start to finish and then some, is my way.

I am lucky enough to live on the Hibiscus Coast and have a great knowledge of the local real estate market. I love the Coast and share that with anyone that cares to listen, selling a property is as much about the area as the property itself.

Prior to my time in real estate I developed a strong background in sales and marketing having worked in large consumer based organisations and my own successful customer facing businesses. Some tertiary study in marketing has further enhanced my abilities in this area and added to my creative way of looking at the best way to gain the maximum sale price possible through effective marketing and customer relationship management. Understanding and utilising the digital/social media tools and opportunities available today is a must in this business and is one of my focus areas, being creative and thinking outside the square is stimulating and rewarding for myself and my clients.

If you are selling I will work with you to develop a bespoke marketing plan to achieve your outcome and work collaboratively with you to achieve this. Normally that is about sale price, but not always, whatever your outcome priorities are they become mine too. I believe my clients need to be actively involved in the process and work with an open, honest and regular communication style. I only manage a handful of properties at one time and your main point of contact is myself, I hold the keys and I manage your process so there are no surprises.

If you are buying I will get to know you and provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions and carry our property searches/introduce you to your potential new home.

Happily married with young Grandchildren and fur children, my family are an important part of my life. I am actively involved in the community through recreational activities and supporting various community initiatives. I can often be seen walking the streets and beaches with my pooch soaking up the beautiful coast chatting to others doing the same! One of the reasons I love selling real estate in this area is because I live it every day and know what a fantastic place this is!

We are very grateful to Emma! She did what all the other agents including all the other agencies refused to do as impossible. She has outperformed every other realty salesperson. 1. She possesses great knowledge of the business. She knows all the aspects of selling a rental property. She made the sale easy on us balancing between risk of selling (or not-selling )and risk of losing the tenant in the time of a very poor rental market. 2.
