I am possibly the worst home in this great street ...

... I may be slightly quirky, I may need an update but you can't beat my location - except with a much bigger budget.

Slip out the side gate and in about 50 paces ... depending on the size of your legs ... you will be standing on the sands of Big Manly beach. Wander back, grab your tennis racquet and enjoy a game of tennis on the neighbouring court that you own a share of. When it comes to lifestyle living or a fantastic beach pad for family and friends, I am hard to beat.

My living areas flow easily to decks and my lovely flat, private and fenced section bathed in sun most of the day and my bedrooms enjoy separation from each other - two have French doors to balconies. There is a lovely self contained sleepout in the garden - recently renovated ... no update required here.

Schools are within walking distance, sports facilities are nearby ... 'Manly on the flat' is a lifestyle coveted by many and enjoyed by the lucky ones that get to live here.
